I picked 10 Million out of the hat, and I was assuming that for the first year only. I think it might do better than that overall, but for a documentary, 10MM in the first year is pretty good.

You also assume that none of the convertible debt has already been converted to stock, which isn't true.

How do you know it isn't true? I f I were holding a convertible note that had either:

1) a 50% cash payoff, or

2) can be converted to restricted shares

I would be a fool to convert. The movie is sold, and they will get some money. The cash option is a basically sure thing. That means a 50% return for noteholders if they choose payout.

Also, how do you know that Cono hasn't been paid off, or if they haven't been, what the terms of repayment are.

Because I read the filings.
