In order for this company to get NASDAQ approval, the PPS has to be over $1.00. Therefor a 10 to 1 will not get you there, unless they put out good reliable news or do a promotion and get the PPS above .10.
A 100 to 1 is more practical .To state that the PPS would remain the same with a reverse split is nonsense. There would be no point in doing that, and would leave the Board open to a class action lawsuit.
