PACE HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INC (fka PCES)

Looks like a lot of dumping going on over the last few weeks. What is confusing to me is that the share price is not reacting to what looks like selling. Won't the share price fall through the floor if there is dump selling happening considering the low float PCES has? Seems like some price manipulation going on here so who ever is selling is getting good share price until they are done. I use FreeRealTime.com and monitor the BID/ASK updates and time&sales to see trading during the day. It looks to me that a lot of selling or a lot of buying at or close to the bid price which has been nearly impossible with PCES over the years.

I've been holding this stock since 1999 and have never seen it trading like this. Recent trading doesn't really give me a great feeling as to the future of this stock BUT of course this is all IMHO.
