Well we're hoping/waiting for a PR telling us about January's revenues and perhaps providing encouraging projections with a strong growth trend for the year.

The 10-K filing, however, is not due until March 31st. They may provide it earlier at their own discretion.
-- 10-K is due within 90 days after end of 4th quarter
-- 10-Q (quarterly filings for Q1-Q3) are due within 45 days after end of quarter

This will move on the PRs more than the 10-K so I'd say 3 weeks max.
