I think it will eventually happen. The company has a tendency to do things later than they say at first but what is important right now is that they actually do it.

SEDAR filings are now up to date.
Next they lift the CTO followed by acquisition.
If it happens this quarter I will be happy.

I didn't buy this to sell it at a 52-week low RIGHT before the news drops. When news comes this will multiply in value rapidly.
