Thank you all for your comments. I was a bit surprised to discover that email, which obviously made me want to know what others were thinking. And I agree with giff. I've owned this stock for around the same amount of time and the company IS Frank Erhartic. Without him at the helm, there really isn't a Sitestar.

And having some unknown, with all indications is about nothing but profit, want to take over the business has nothing but red flags. If they gain control, I guarantee only they will benefit, not us small dogs.
