MEA does stand a good chance to get to $1 or more. I don't believe it was ever worth less than that, but they had to sell off a main asset, and raise cash, while rewriting the financing deals that were in place, and structuring them longer term, in a manner which satisfied their creditors. Unless dealing with other factors, in the broader metal market, I'm not sure whether other significant factors are there, that may constitute for it to be at it's current lower share price, other than just trading, and control in the stock market itself.
