this is were hyperbole ends and discrediting begins--to say that the ceo never promised anything is absurd---in his first pr after the disgrace and failure of his leadership led to the suspension of his stock for lying in pr's and getting delisted to the grey market-he promised audited fins. he didnt call it a promise--is that what you mean?--but he said he would do something he never did--do you want the links?-
