The lawsuit was a childish smear campaign of the honorable gentleman that protected pets from tainted food and tried to protect investors from unscrupulous stock promoters, by bringing forward the truth. At least one large AAPT investor, IFPA123, publicly announced that he and some other investors, used the accurately disclosed data to unload into a break even position. Many other investors have reported thanks for getting the truth and/or used the opportunity to get out of AAPT at prices much much higher than now, and preserve more of their capital. Luckily, the totally corrupt Piped Piper of Monaco brought in a slew of naive German investors to bag hold for them. That my dear friend, is exactly what has come out of this lawsuit and I am personally glad you asked. I wonder who is going insane now that the stock is $0.006 and on the verge of delisting or an IRS seizure? I guarantee you it is not the guy with the integrity.
