RMDM if the company does not exist and you (I) still have shares how do we declare the loss for taxes purposes? anybody any ideas? I have some shares with TD Ameritrade and called them but the said they can not do anything becouse there is a Hold or Trade Freeze, so who to contact to dump the shares and declare the taxes loss|
