500,000 total authorized shares. Shareholders obviously don't know something. Why would successful Chinese CEO take over lowly penny stock with seemingly no assets and then 1-to-1000 reverse split? It makes no financial sense for him to do that. The only logical thing is merger and attempt to up list to NASDAQ. If nothing else it is extremely interesting
