...and yet in the UWBI BK, the TRUSTEE's atty will not respond to Mr. Tradeintwinkie - who has legal standing in which to inquire.........nor to our atty.......nor to ME....ME......

...not good, kimmy...............BIG FOLKS with lots of cusips and the employ of POWERFUL law firms want an update...........this MONSTER UWBI BK cannot go on forever.........................

...if we are simply waiting on FCNCA to secretly buy the NOL and fund the BK ESTATE........all is well.............otherwise, MOU or not....................kimmy might have a PROBLEM..............
