Let's backtrack a bit. This is a bargain! Look where it was not too long ago. This slump is based on the Chinese economic issues, but look, the pice of oil is cheap. The ones who benefits the most from this are the Chinese because they don't have very much of their own.
So anyhoo, the Chinese economy will bounce back. So will this play.
