I was wrong, the previous post is correct. The current O/S is closer to 4.1 Billion. To answer the question though, as per the latest interim report the O/S as of 8/15/14 was 3,919,887,086. As per the latest quarterly report the O/S as of 9/30/14 was 4,089,887,086. A difference of 170,000,000 in a 45 day span. Supposedly 75 million of those are restricted.
