Isn't that a requirement for ALL Stocks to include Safe Harbor Statements? Any one of them that doesn't risks being sued for false information if they announce something in a PR and it falls through. CLEARLY it behooves ALL companies to include Safe Harbor to protect them from the inevitable chance of a deal falling through. GDSM TO THE MOON!!! Still fueling up for now!
