The CEO is over 2 or 3 other tickers that I know of and I made a little money on them. I wonder why it is that he chooses this stock to dilute to the gills? Bring it all the way down to .0001 and so fast. Yes if he is just selling shares to turn a quick and easy buck by ripping off his shareholders he can do that but he is selling himself short if he is cause the man has credentials for sure.....so he becomes a scammer after walking off wall street? hmmmm that would be like going from success to turd in no time. Just hard for me to accept. Everything I read on him is that he is a hard worker and successful. Why would he flush into a crap bowl all at once.
