DD , Before we let this rest let me ask this.

You said "One question for you, why should he continue to be given more shares if he only plans on selling them as soon as they vest to get cash, why not pay him in cash so we know exactly what we are paying him?"

Why didn't this question come up in 95,96,97,98,99 2000 etc when the company wasn't doing very much? I bet at that time if we were paying Harry a salary everyone would be saying why don't he work for shares so we can judge him on performance?

I wonder what it's going to take to get investors to give management a little credit?
