And, not ONE PENNY has come from that PO.

The first condition is that Ohio State University makes the WHE engine run for 200 hours without breaking down. Here's Chris Nelson from one year ago predicting that was going to happen by the end of last year:

It hasn't happened yet.

The second condition is that 10 prototype engines are built and used for beta testing by Phoenix Power. Only then will they decide if they want any more.

The million dollars is actually the upper limit of what they might decide to spend.

Great reason to buy CYPW, huh?
