Thanks for the welcome and I may be back in once the charts show me the correct indicators. Definitely a challenge like you said beating the sells. Thank goodness been doing this a while to be able to make usually consistent calls. I try and never love a ticker and or rarely. Love is something for my wife while stocks are for money. In all I believe FITX will get it together. I kind of laugh at the armchair lawyers here giving their analysis. IMO FITX didn't team up with the law firm for nothing. No way would they let a small township divest their investment. I expect the lawyer if really good will chew up the township and FITX will come out on top.
