New CFO

Mr. Alan Ahlgren has been contracted since October 1, 2014 to work with the management team through the restructuring, with the expectation that he would assume the role of CFO once the 2013 Year End Audit and first, second and third quarter unaudited financial statements for 2014 have been filed on SEDAR.

Mr. Ahlgren is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience having served as CFO and Corporate Secretary with AQM Copper Inc. from 2012-2013 and as CFO and Corporate Secretary with First Coal from 20008-2012 before the company was purchased by Xstrata Coal Canada. From 2006-2008, Mr. Ahlgren served as Vice President Finance with Kinross Gold Corporation. Mr. Ahlgren graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting and Finance in 1979.
