Unlike so many other little Oil plays, they are not pumping out shares; only 19 million shares out (only 50M authorized) They don't have to drill because the wells are already there. It's in Texas and not some foreign country. All they have to do is come up with the money to upgrade the equipment, and they'll be up and running in a few months. I believe the volume Friday is because they got the money, so I think we'll see the volume and price increase next week.
Here is an interesting comparison I did on another thread:
Arena resources (ARD) has 30 million in reserves, 13.5 million shares out (float is over 10 million), and it goes for $38/share.
TX Holdings (TXHG) has 25.8 million in "recoverable" (the total is much higher) reserves, 19 million shares out (much lower float), and it goes for .75/share.
TXHG has been under the radar screen for a long time, but I think a few people will start to notice now.
