I know what he meant lol. Not a bad price. Long as you got time to wait, maybe your plan will be executed. Give it sometime, walk away from it all and enjoy life.

Stressing day to day will cause ulcers and gray hair. You'll be happy you walked away and returned 3-4 months from now.
