Pennsylvania Dept of Health said state is monitoring 100+ people who spent time in West African countries ravaged by Ebola.

Spokesperson Aimee Tysarczyk said that so far, no one being monitored has tested positive for Ebola, including three Pennsylvanians who were aboard the October 13 flight from Cleveland to Dallas with a nurse who tested positive for the virus.

The state of Pennsylvania now asks travelers from Liberia, New Guinea, and Sierra Leone to track their own symptoms and temperature twice daily and report it to state health officials for three weeks.

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the current worldwide Ebola death toll stands at 4,922 with 10,141 total cases.
