There is no updated s1 for the spin off file yet with the sec

Maybe it shows up tomorrow maybe it doesn't, either way it still needs to be deemed effective yet, the existing s1 has been there since May and never deemed effective, so why should I beleive and ammended filing won't also continue to sit for months waiting to be deemed effective?
