VCs have 100M shares they got at .0005 the PPS fluctuates due to a PR. They sell 50M shares at .001. The PPS falls.
They dump the remaining shares and sell 50M at .0001
They made a 10% profit.
If they done wait till .0001 and sell them at the "impossible" .0003 they would be making 50% profit.
There you go...
Basic math for those who need it.
