Wow. Just read the PR and I must say that was completely unexpected. Shutting down their operation the first week of October for winter? Very strange, never heard of such a thing, this ain't Alaska Perry.

What's worse is that the damage is already done to the stock and shareholders so instead of just pushing through and finally delivering something he's giving up the fight.

This is just another thumb your nose at shareholders by a completely incompetent manager. Anyone trying to spin this off and say the company will do something else is as crooked as Perry.

By Spring there will be nothing left of current shareholders and what is left will be diluted to the extreme.

What a shame but I can't say unexpected. It's exactly what I thought it was.
