Catalysts and News are what drive penny stocks.

This is one of the few penny stocks that I like right now because it has not 1 but 3 MAJOR acquisition catalysts. Not only that but they are reducing their overhead and will be doing non-dilutive measures to secure funds moving forward.

Any of these current prices are closeout sale bargain prices because once these acquisitions are closed, prices like these won't even be close to being seen again.
