I am a little confused on how you can legally do an RS at 1 for 200 and NOT adjust the AS accordingly, without an additional filing with the SEC.

If that were the case, you could continually RS with no AS adjustment to completely devalue the OS.

Wow, I used a lot of abbreviations - LSMFT!!

I don't see a quick run to $1/share post RS, but, what do I really know at this point?
