He can either wait it out or leave, his choice. But moaning about it every day is not helpful and doesn't belong on the board. An occasional post reflecting discontent is fine, we all do it abd its healthy. But not constant whining over how bad things are when there is always the door out. Most of us think things will improve at some point and that's why we remain. We need more adults here.
