Why is it not worth 17M in market cap??? Have you seen their financials? they have a patent for sale in Europe and Japan and are awaiting approval in the US. If approved in the US this is worth much, much more than that.

Market cap also means very little at this point and you know that. Go show me some OTC companies where the market cap makes sense. You have paper selling scams that have mkt caps of 100M

Plus, the O/S might be 18M but the float is less than 4M which has a great impact on the PPS and its trading. there are not many shares out there and when the float gets locked it is very easy to move north on news, and their will be news.

this company obviously knows what they are doing and are progressing in a very professional manor. They have accomplished quite a bit on the reporting side and once all of that is completed I am sure we will hear more on the business side.

-Patent approval in the US

What's not to like for a month hold.
