My comments SA STREAMING & SA Eric

First off congrats to all who took my advice and did'nt sell based on the misplaced sell-off late Friday. As I said before the perception of the late hearing was problematic for shareholders who thought this was the end of the road for Worlds. I would also like to thank those that did, as I was able to pick up some additional stock.

As for the streaming, only Judge Caspar could have disallowed the event and as I stated in SA it had to come from Ropes(ATVI Counsel). I think Jesse was deeply offended that I ran the article prior naming him on Benzinga, SA, and IBD Private Members, for making the billion dollar comment.

"Well get over it Jesse. You said it,I wrote it."

As for the one or two that emailed me upset about missing the video, Sorry SA submissions went in early Monday morning and they held the Article until Friday. As for the 1 person who alleges my credibility has taken a hit, well your right. My inability to "mindread" Ropes communication with Judge Casper, was "rusty to say the least". No worries I'll work harder on it.

As for Eric @SA Thanks for ammending your short comments with my suggestions, and giving that decision another look. Personally, I expect Susman to appeal that decision anyway- The Application Data Sheets was rule imposed 4 years after Worlds filed its patents. The appellate may give this one back to Worlds.
