This is so confusing. People are buying at .095ish. Then someone sells at .091ish and the drops the ask? Anyone have any thoughts on why this occurs? It is not shorts covering, since they would have to buy. Are these shorts selling (ie gaining a short position), and hoping that is drops so they can buy lower?
