Did Dr. Farley's "Pain Relief of Oregon" go belly up?

I posted previously about Amanda Siebe's "miracle" calmare cure by Dr. Farley which cost her nothing but an agreement to help promote the thing. Indeed, she said that she was looking forward to a "career" promoting it. However, as I mentioned in my previous post, her cure apparently wasn't the "miracle" she hoped for and she is still "crippled" by her CRPS.

In any case, probably didn't help Dr. Farley's promotion of the device and I noticed that his facebook page has disappeared:

...which, in turn, made me wonder whether his calmare clinic disappeared with it. But then I found "Radiant Pain Relief Center":

Hmmmmmmm!

...which had the same address and offered calmare. Unfortunately, there were no posts on that page since February to indicate whether it was active. And its website is still in development by Amanda's husband, Steve:

...which makes me inclined to believe that "painreliefof oregon" and "radiantpainreief" are both DOA.
