There was a fund that sold some shares awhile back. That is what drove it lower along with shorts probably taking it down to cover. They covered about 2 million shares in the last month and a half. But I am tired or telling people why they diluted the stock. I have said it a few times and people paying attention are aware and know it was for a great reason. Anyone else can go back and look it up.
