QUESTION: IS prospective buyer acquiring 10% of the float or 10% of the OS? If its 10% of the OS, then the float is running on fumes, as I would think the retail investors hold at least 10 million shares. I think we saw this near close yesterday, and how fast this runs up when the float becomes "empty."
