yes, either way, spells trouble for viicq. sec suspension can come at anytime once sec reviews this information and the history behind this ticker. some people don't use their brain when they review a stock. they ignore critical elements of a stock that impact the value and then wonder why they lost their investment in the stock. viicq is a caveat emptor.
