Good Evening Everyone... I see the place is back to normal (If you can call the Capt normal). What a dog fight today. Personally I didn't find the PR confusing in the slightest. I finally got tired of answering dumb questions. The PR contained no new info for me except the dividend ratio and the completion of the shell acquisition. I was optimistic it would be a little better but it's really a non factor because the at 50:1, it maintains a low float for the "NewCo". Less shares = more value per share and a lot more versatile for the next step (Nasdaq). Most people are not seeing the residual value that will stay with HISC. If anyone believes that Frank hasn't already set the plan in motion for HISC to uplist themselves, they just don't have an understanding of what they've been able to accomplish in a year. Frank is no moron and HISC is his baby where he is the largest shareholder. He will remain the largest shareholder in HISC after "NewCo" is up and running. He has not even come close to his goals for HISC. I'm here to say that I'll stand with the man anyday. Everyday now the train picks up speed and mass. The MMs can play their games for now but you can only hold a good stock down for so long.

Today I am proud to be a shareholder and will continue to be one while many here will come and go. I feel confident in my DD along with the other really bright people who frequent here and share their hard work to truly understand what this company is all about. I won't begin to name anyone because I would ultimately leave someone out so I'll just say "Thank You, Team HISC". I have made many friends and hopefully not too many enemies but most of us share a common goal despite our ocassional difference of opinions. This board is fortunate to have such a collection of knowledgeable individuals. The future is bright and I'm still smiling. Great Day,
