Hey hank...I'm actually very positive about the stock. I think they are making the right decision. Im just tired of some people posting the same BS everyday. We have all done our DD and know the risk. There is no product other then MPDD so I don't see how people are so sure this thing is going to take off. Until a Proof of product is in place, or we know the value of any deal, we can't predict what the future PPS would be.
Now that said, I've come upon some DD that helped make my decision to put over 100k into this stock. Sorry can't reveal what or why. But I believe I will make 10 folds off my 100k+. I'm up 540% as of Friday. The info that I came upon makes this stock a lot more secure then what any of these guys posting it will hit .10 PPS by end of week blah blah blah have found. This was not easy to find and I had to make a lot of calls, including Hayes, COO, Novartis, Google, Apple and a few more.
Another reason why it's currently secure for me is that the bottom base has settled way above what I bought in....so if anything I'm stuck holding a few thousand....but I flip frequently so I'm sure I'll make my investment back quick.
All in all......we have just an agreement and without proof of numbers or product I see it as a gamble.
Filing a form 10 does not guarantee anything. There are a lot of processes they have to follow ones it's filed. They can be reject pretty quickly if there accounting is out of whack...no more 5b evaluation, I'm sure the SEC will laugh at that. Filing form 10 is great news indeed though....another level to this game.
Didn't know there was a limit on post, otherwise I could have stayed on the board for days arguing haha.
