Look for clarification with the expected news. Many expect groundbreaking news which I do not believe to be the case. I believe it will pertain to lab and clarification on touching the plant. Also while I believe we will have a license in hand we will not be 100% sure as many expect after the 30th...Nothing is 100% until Nov IMO
