NBRI's problems start with Toxic Financing
control the money . CEO Perry must clear
any major changes he wants to make with them,
first. NBRI is like a Russian "TROIKA" 3
horse wagon with the reins in the hands of
the toxic lender. The 3 horses are CEO Perry,
Shareholders, and the loan money so place a lot
of NBRI's poor decisions on Tangiers>

Don't count NBRI out so soon, since Crafty Perry
owns most of the Debt.
