Good points searay2701. That's why, IMO, the T/A should be unencumbered with regards to dispensing information regarding the share-structure (SS). We all known, or suspect that 5% of the formerly restricted shares, could hit the market at any time. Speaking for myself, I accept that and could really care less. What an unrestricted T/A does however, at least for me, is provide assurance that the aforementioned 5% is all that hits the market (keeping them honest, if you will) - LOL! Being referred to the quarterly fins or the like doesn't help, in this instance; being that the data is not timely enough to properly evaluate the daily goings-on with regards to the SS (Our 3rd-party verification).
