How do I correct the IP address problem? That seems to be where this started, but I don't know how to fix it. I've only ever used this one account... I guess going back to premium from a different computer resulted in a violation. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding, but I don't even have the computer with the IP address I used when I first made my account anymore. I've moved to California since then, and am using a friend's computer. I've never encountered this kind of policy, so I assumed using the same account and same information from a different computer would be okay.
ADMIN Shelly, I tried to follow the link you sent, but it asks me for my username and password, and then won't take me anywhere. Just a continuous loop of asking for the password. Pretty confused here, as I'm not as tech savvy as some people. Just want to clear this up as easily as possible.
