Brazil deal sealed. For those that don't know a letter of credit is used in international transactions to ensure that payment will be received.

Sealed? For how much guaranteed? Maybe the initial shipment is for two cases and the letter of credit guarantees payment upon delivery less returns. Without knowing the terms and guarantees any deal is basically worthless. The only value is in the potential for Marani to say the deal is sealed and shipment is forthcoming so they can give the illusion of "millions in revenues" and keep their stock alive for a few more weeks. No deal announced at all and it would have tanked next week. Yup, we'll get an announcement alright but we won't get any details. Just a bunch of fuzzy suggestive innuendo missing any material facts or numbers.
