There are several issues if this toxic finance as you mentioned was done by the CEO and Founder. It will mean that the dumper will first dump to buyers and then NITE(along with the aiders) continue to short every share that was bought.
This could and possibly means sub 1 buck will ultimately become sub 0.50cents and then until and unless the company wakes up and works with shareholders, this stock will continue to be at the mercy of shorts. The bottom is an unknown as of today.

Nite and the short-aiders can be cruel to shareholders and longs. They will make a ton of profit after they cover at the very bottom and go long. That will be the time when I will buy- at the point of capitulation or near.

Right now it is hard to determine the bottom, whether it will be sub 0.90 or sub 0.50 or sub 0.25
