lax, no I didn't do that. I'm wondering why you guys keep calling it a merger anyway? This (IMO) wasn't a merger since there weren't two disparate management teams, shareholders, etc., they were all the same. I believe that this was an abandonment of the S corp and a new company was formed as a 'C' corp. There weren't any assets as DFMI is the one that did the deal with Iterated. There were liabilities, one would think, with TMMI's bills.
