The state of Texas will indeed be going after Treaty Privco because they want more clean water. It will be very beneficial. Also, that being said. I believe i see a single file line getting very disrupted in the future.. Any number above 0 to be lost when the chaos ensues. Lets hope that those NSS dont really exist. Or in my case, sit back, relax, and watch as the confirmation happens.
