Even more amazing is that Rodger Smith's email is constantly quoted. What is the issue with that?

1) is Mr Smith in the same position he was 5 years ago? I wonder why?

2) It has been asked over and over again to get Mr. Smith to respond directly to the specific SFRX permit and NOT the generic permit. Dead air.


The Permit that SFRX has will convert immediately to a recovery permit on the third item. SFRX is strategic on the conversion and does not need to present every item as the third item. Where is common sense? SFRX found two items and explained the permit process within one week of diving. Does one really believe they do not have three items? I don't, SFRX is waiting to convert the permit.
