SEC off in la la land while EVERY DAY 500,000 BELOW the BID transactions go thru to walk down the price. 12:04 pm the last BELOW the BID trade for small amount to further walk the price down. Just another stock controlled by criminal traders working with Market Makers while the SEC is doing another "look the other way Madoff act", imo.
