Not necessarily. Since BMSN is now tied in it's valuation with a 1/100 comparison of RGBP value, the low float of RGBP will drive the price up as supply slowly dries up and demand rises.

The initial rush to acquire as much RGBP shares as possible at the current PPS, which is ridiculously low in my opinion, will drive up the price of RGBP. Since BMSN gains value as RGBP does, it will rise as well.

So, yes, a PR is needed soon, but not imminently in my opinion. Though I certainly would not complain if one came out right now.
