Best Guess, is all the longs are selling positions in BMSN to invest in RGBP while the price is so low there. I though of it myself, but they are advantages to both and but I'm keeping my BMSN as well.
Don't worry though, they will both go up with the news due to come out. Especially considering RGBP started trading yesterday, I would expect a PR about the FDA very soon about either dCellVax or HemaXellerate or both.
